During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I found two things that I really liked. the location was superb. It was within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. the rooftop area was a great bonus.
The staff at the reception were not friendly or helpful.

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the tourist attractions and within walking distance to Sultanahmet Square. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling.

I arrived late at night and was relieved to find Serenity Hotel staff waiting to check me in promptly. Despite the late hour, they were friendly and efficient in getting me settled. I had a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the old city center, making it easy to reach everything interesting. It is also close to some attractions, allowing for convenient sightseeing. there is a restaurant at the top with a nice view, providing a pleasant dining experience for guests.
There were some issues with the service, such as the lack of sheet changes, old and stained towels being provided, and a window that was not fixed properly.
